Houdart Audit & Conseil has maintained a longstanding and closely integrated relationship with Terra Gestion. Mr. Houdart, founder of our audit and accounting advisory firm, was also a co-founder of Terra Gestion, which at the time operated as an accredited management organization (“OGA”) responsible for providing tax accreditation services to our clients.
Subsequent to the implementation of the Tax Compliance Examination (“ECF”) framework in 2021, and under the leadership of Nicolas Gauthier, Terra Gestion has significantly broadened its service offering targeted at corporate entities and executive management, complementing those offered by Houdart Audit & Conseil.
A managing partner of Houdart Audit & Conseil currently serves on the Board of Directors of Terra Gestion.

Tax Compliance Examination (ECF)
The Tax Compliance Examination (ECF) is a statutory framework enabling companies to have the compliance of their tax practices independently reviewed by an authorized third party with respect to key tax risk areas. The Terra Gestion ECF offering includes dedicated insurance coverage (“PROTECTION+”), notably covering professional fees incurred in the event of a tax audit or URSSAF audit.
