Myriam holds a BA and MSc in Accounting and Finance from Paris Dauphine University and obtained an additional MSc in Corporate Finance at the Sorbonne University in 2006.
She has been a chartered accountant and statutory auditor since 2013.
Work experience
She worked as a manager at Grant Thornton Transaction Services for five years, where she performed due diligence for companies of all sizes and with varying needs according to their structures and business models. She joined Corporate Assistance Services at Grant Thornton in 2012.
She joined Houdart A&C as a managing partner in 2014 and has since been working to develop the firm.

Christophe de Rouvray
Academic background
Christophe obtained a BA and MSc in Accounting and Finance from Paris Dauphine University. He then specialised in corporate finance and obtained an MA at Brandeis International Business School in Boston. He has passed the CFA Level I exam.
He has been a chartered accountant and statutory auditor since 2013.
Work experience
He acquired five years of professional experience as a Financial Audit Manager in the Audit Department at Fidus (which has since joined the RSM network). He conducted statutory audits of individual and consolidated accounts for SMEs, banks, and mutual benefit groups, and provided financial valuation services.
He joined Houdart A&C as a managing partner in 2013.
